Novotel Nantes Carquefou

The pool was lovely, and the food was delicious. We had a fridge I our room and it was a pet friendly hotel so we were able to bring our little dog.

The staff were very helpful and polite, i enjoyed the nice choice of food for breakfast and enjoyed several meals in the restaurant. Excellent hotel for business.

staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was great for the children to relax in after a long journey. The food was very good, particularly the breakfast. An amazing choice and quality of foods.

First time visit to Nantes,overnight stay here on our way back to catch our Eurotunnel train. Somehow we had a "double Booking" which was professionally resolved by the Evening Reception Staff with a call to Bookings. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to ho visit Nantes itself, but we are returning next Summer 2022. We would definitely make another reservation. As it was Halloween night, we had a wonderfull evening meal in the hotel Restaurant, excellent menu and great wine. Our aroom was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing to stay overnight after a long day of driving. There were many items to keep the children of Guests preoccupied for Halloween, a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, a great variety to choose from. Hotel astaff have to be praised in their professional assistance, every member was part of a well run Hotel Team.
